What is offered at our virtual walk-in clinics?

When you call in, someone will take your information and be able to connect you with a mental health therapist, behavioural therapist, or therapist for families with children to have a phone or virtual session. The virtual clinics provide an immediate opportunity for therapeutic conversation and connection to other services if needed. For many, a single session is all that’s needed, but you can call more than once, the decision is yours.

Who can have a session?

Families with children from birth to 17 years of age can call our access number. Youth 12 years and older can call on their own and/or with support people. We encourage your entire family and/or important support people to attend the virtual therapy session with you.

What can you expect?

The focus for the therapy session is based on what the family members or person want from the conversation. We will focus on your needs and strengths and work hard with you to find solutions and to leave the session with a plan.
